The Voice Kids Original Judges are Back!

The original coaches of "The Voice Kids" are assembling anew for the upcoming fourth season of the hit singing competition.
Rock icon Bamboo is the latest to confirm his return to the ABS-CBN program, following the separate announcements of fellow coaches Lea Salonga and Sarah Geronimo.
"I think lahat kami nakapahinga and everyone's coming all strong which is very good, so we're all very happy. Masaya kaming lahat," Bamboo was quoted as saying in a PUSH report published Monday.
Asked what he is looking for in a potential recruit, Bamboo said: "On my list — magaling na bata, sana someone to represent me as a small kid. Somebody to bring out the emotions from us."
Auditions for "The Voice Kids," which is open to performers aged 7 to 12, kicked off in May.

Filming of the program started as early as last Friday, going by an Instagram post of Salonga showing a red carpet with the distinctive sculpture of "The Voice" logo. It was not immediately clear if the set was for a promotional shoot, or the first leg of the competition popularly known as the Blind Auditions.
It remains to be seen whether a fourth coach, as in the regular adult edition, will be added in this season of "The Voice Kids."
Bamboo, Salonga, and Geronimo, along with apl.de.ap were the four original coaches of "The Voice of the Philippines."
With the exception of The Black Eyed Peas member, the coaches returned for "The Voice Kids" across two seasons, with Sharon Cuneta replacing Geronimo for the the third in 2016.
