MAMA'S GIRL IN CINEMAS ON JANUARY 17

"MAMA'S GIRL" is Regal Entertainment's opening movie salvo for the Year 2018.  It will be shown in all theaters nationwide starting on January 17, 2018, Wednesday.

This film promises to bring the movie goers to the journey of unconditional love, compassion, passion, commitment and forgiveness.

Mama's Girl is a feel-good family movie,” quips Regal producer Roselle Monteverde, “so it's the perfect opening salvo for the New Year.

It stars Sofia Andres, Diego Loyzaga, Jameson Blake and Sylvia Sanchez. With Yana Asistio, Heaven Peralejo, Karen Reyes, Arlene Muhlach, Alan Paule, Alora Sasam, and many more.

Playing the role of a modern mother, a millennial mom and a fighter in the movie is the very endearing actress Sylvia Sanchez.  She said that we should all watch out about the unexpected twists and turns of the movie. She advises everyone especially the "Mommies" to bring a towel with them because if you love her in the TV series "The Greatest Love" you would love and empathize with her more in her role in this particular movie.

I was on the verge of tears when Ms. Sylvia said that even though she's already a mom and has her own happy family she still misses her mom and would still want to hug and talk to her whenever she has free time. It only shows that no matter what age you are, you still need your mom.

Manny Valera is the supervising producer of this movie while Mother Lily Monteverde is the  executive producer, directed by Connie S A Macatuno.  Written by multi-awarded writer Gina Marissa Tagasa.
