JANE THE VIRGIN: 2015 Golden Globe Winner 

Rising star Gina Rodriguez pulled off an upset when she beat out Hollywood heavyweights and veteran actresses to win the Golden Globe award for Best Actress in a Comedy Series.

Rodriguez, 30, took home the honor for her work in The CW's Jane the Virgin, beating out Lena Dunham for Girls, Edie Falco for Nurse Jackie, Julia Louis-Dreyfus for Veep, and Taylor Schilling for Orange Is the New Black.
