KATNIEL: Must Be Love

We're lucky to be given a chance to interview Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla up close and personal yesterday at ABS-CBN in Quezon City for their upcoming film "Must be love."

Since almost all my cousins and nieces love Katniel so much, I made sure I captured the two not only once or twice. O ha! Yes! Madami akong kuha girls.

Daniel Padilla & Kathryn Bernardo shared some juicy details about their first ever full-length solo movie- Must Be Love, where they played the character Pachot & Ivan respectively.

Here are some of them:

• The film was shot in many locations in Cebu and Laguna.  
• Kathryn was amazed how the #katniel fans in Cebu determine their shooting locations because they don't announce it and yet nauuna pa ang fans sa location kaysa sa kanila ni Daniel.
• Direk Dado shared that they have to capture some camera angles with the camera man sitting down so the fans around the location shooting will not be captured on camera. #Katniel forever sila
• Their fans were very patient they often stay from morning until evening just to have a glimpse of #Katniel.
• Screenplay was a collaboration between Melissa Chua and Roumella Monge.   
• Kathryn shared that in the movie she plays Patricia "Patchot" Espinosa, boyish, nagtitinda ng lechon
• John Estrada is her father in the movie.
• Daniel Padilla is her school heartthrob bestfriend named Ivan Lacson.
• John "Sweet" Lapuz plays the Tita/ mother of DJ aka Ivan
• Ivan fell in love with Angel

The film was produced by Star Cinema and is set to be released on March 13, 2013

Daniel shared that he doesn't want to enter the world of showbiz at first but since he was doing nothing he decided to get over his insecurities and shyness and entered showbiz to help her mom-Karla Estrada.

Kathryn shared that they are overwhelmed by the support of their fans. And that they love their fans so much.

The moral of #Katniel's film "Must Be Love" is that one must be willing to wait and it is better to be friends first before you become lovers.
